Highly Recommended Excellence in Customer Relations
Solutions Management were proud to receive a fantastic 93.64% for Customer Satisfaction! The award recognises an indication of a well run business. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
The award focuses on seven criteria each scored seperately being Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception.

The team attended a gala event for these awards held at the Sofotel which also resulted in a great team building night! Solutions Management were very excited to be given recognition in our industry.
